What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m., and check-out is by 11:00 a.m.

Where is the Oak Park Inn located?

We’re located in the heart of downtown Waynesville, just steps from Main Street’s shops, restaurants, breweries, galleries, and local attractions.

Are the rooms air-conditioned?

Yes! Every room has air conditioning and heat for year-round comfort.

Is breakfast included?

We offer complimentary coffee, tea, and packaged pastries in the office beginning at 8:00 a.m. Thursday through Saturday, stop by Kandi’s Cakes below the lobby for delicious, freshly baked treats.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes! Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Are laundry facilities available?

We do not currently offer on-site guest laundry.

Are pets allowed?

Yes! We have six designated pet-friendly rooms. These rooms are currently being refreshed, so please contact us to confirm availability and learn more about our pet policy.

Are smoking rooms available?

No. All guest rooms are non-smoking. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.
